Poffertjes: the traditional Dutch mini pancakes you'll fall in love!

Poffertjes look like very small pancakes, just a couple (maybe 5) cm in diameter! It seems as if these 
 
Poffertjes can be found in most fairs in the Netherlands, but also the modern version of street food: food trucks, tend to make them.
 
The ‘proper’ way to eat them is covered fully with icing sugar and some butter on top.
