Easy torta gianduia (chocolate hazelnut cake): fluffy and yummy

Ingredients:
250g all-purpose flour
250g egg whites
200g sugar
100g chopped hazelnut chocolates
1 tablespoon cocoa powder
75g corn seed oil
50g water
1 teaspoon baking powder
 
Directions:
Whisk the egg whites and add the sugar. Then add oil and water to the mixture. Sift flour, cocoa and baking powder and mix. Finally add the chocolates. Bake at 160°C (320°C) for 45 minutes.
