Puff pastry pinwheels with a tasty filling: ideal for breakfast or as a snack

Ingredients:
a roll of puff pastry
apricot jam
caster sugar
powdered sugar
Directions:
Roll out the puff pastry and divide it into squares. Engrave the square of puff pastry at the corners. Place a little bit of jam or the filling you want in the center. Lift and fold a corner and stick it to the center. Bake the pinwheels at 170°C (340°F) for about 15-20 minutes. Remove the puff pastry pinwheels from oven and allow to cool, then serve sprinkled with powdered sugar.
