Ingredients:

shortbread:
1 egg + 1 egg yolk
270 g flour
40g cocoa powder
85g olive oil
140g sugar
Pinch of salt
vanilla extract
2 teaspoons baking powder

Chocolate filling:
500g milk
4 egg yolks
120g sugar
30g all-purpose flour
20g cornstarch
110g extra dark chocolate
Pine nuts
water

Directions:

Put the milk to boil. Add the sugar to the egg yolks and add the flour and cornstarch. Then pour the mixture into the milk without stirring, put back on the heat and thicken. Add the chopped chocolate, cover the filling with plastic wrap and allow it to cool. Prepare the pastry: in a bowl, combine all the ingredients until you have a homogeneous mixture. Place in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes wrapped in plastic wrap. Roll out the dough into a cake pan, fill with the custard and cover with the other part of the dough. Decorate the surface, then bake at 165°C (330°F) for about 40 minutes.
