Fluffy cake with a creamy milk filling: a simple, delicious recipe

Ingredients:
3 eggs
150g sugar
100g butter
80g potato starch
80g all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
2 teaspoons of vanilla extract
For the filling:
200ml vegetable cream, sweetened
60ml condensed milk
1 tablespoon honey
Directions:
Prepare the cake, combining all the ingredients and mixing them well. Bake at 170°C (340°F) for 25 minutes, then prepare the milk cream. Whip the cream first, then add the milk and honey, and mix well. Divide the cake into two and add the cream.
