Chicken mini patties: the easy recipe rich of flavor

Ingredients:
1 kg of chicken breast
40 gr of grated parmesan
30 grams of flour 00
20 gr of breadcrumbs
200 gr of cooked ham
200 gr of sliced cheese
Breading:
flour 00
bread crumbs
2 eggs
Directions:
Cut the chicken breast and blend it. In a bowl mix it with cheese, flour and breadcrumbs.
Then assemble the cordon bleu stuffing them with cheese and cooked.
Dip the cordon bleu in the flour, eggs and breadcrumbs.
Arrange them in a pan and bake at 356°F (180°) for 30 minutes.
