Savory stuffed rolls: the easy and delicious recipe

Ingredients:
3 hard-boiled eggs
1/2 tablespoon of baking soda
1 slice of lemon
100 gr lukewarm water
200 gr durum wheat flour
2 gr dry brewer's yeast
1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
1/2 teaspoon of salt
250 gr ricotta
250 gr sausage
1 egg for brushing
Directions:
In a bowl, mix baking soda and lemon, then gradually add the water and add the flour. Add the yeast, the oil and finally the salt. Form a homogeneous dough and let it rest for 20 minutes. Then roll out the dough, stuff it and roll it up. Brush with a beaten egg and then bake at 356°F (180°) for 30 minutes.
