Savory fish log: the tasty and original idea for your appetizer

Ingredients:
Batter:
4 eggs
70 gr sugar
100 gr flour 4 gr baking powder
Filling:
250 gr fillets of hake
250 gr cooked shrimp
6 surimi sticks
Lettuce
Sauce
Directions:
Dough: whip the eggs with the sugar, then mix flour and yeast and sift into the eggs. Pour the mixture onto a rectangular pan and bake at 340°F/170° for 12 minutes.
Steam the hake, then mix with cooked prawns and surimi. Also add a couple of tablespoons of pink sauce.
Stuff the roll and add the lettuce too. Cover with the pink sauce and serve.
