How to canning vegetables at home

Follow these directions to canning your vegetables easily.
Clean the jar with soapy hot water and drain them. Place a rack in the bottom of boiling canner and put the jars. Fill with water. Cover the canner and bring this to a simmer (10 minutes). Do the same thing with the lids. Cut the vegetables and stuff the jars. Prepare a solution of vinegar and water (6 cups of vinegar, 3 garlic gloves and 2 cups of water).
Pour the solution in the jars and close them. Put the filled jars in a canner, fill with water and bring that to a boil for 10 minutes.
Then them let cool.
