Wrap everything in the meat and prepare veal cacciatore

Ingredients:
Veal slices
capers under salt
grated cheese (preferably pecorino)
a glass of white wine
parsley
smoked scamorza or caciocavallo cheese
mortadella in pieces
olive oil
salt
pepper
chives
a sliced onion
toothpick
Directions:
Wrap the slices of veal stuffed with onions, chives, salt, pepper, a piece of mortadella, a piece of scamorza cheese and grated cheese; insert the sides inside, tighten the whole with a toothpick on the longer side and two sticks on the sides. Heat a little oil, fry the onion, then add the chops and cook on all sides. Add white wine, chopped parsley, salt, chives and capers, rinsed well. Let the wine evaporate and cook for 30 -35minuti over a moderate flame (if necessary add a little water).
