Pork and pineapple curry: a delicious dish with an unique flavor

Ingredients:
1 kg roast pork

Sauce:
250 ml broth (water with stock cube)
Lemon peel (1/2)
1 teaspoon lemon juice
2 teaspoons pineapple juice
3 tablespoons cooking cream

400 gr Basmati rice (optional)
Preparation:
Spread pepper and curry on all the meat. In a saucepan, melt the margarine and then put the roast, brown. Add the onion, carrots and celery in order to flavor the meat. Pour the water, add a pinch of salt and cook for an hour.
Remove the meat and set aside. In the same pot, start preparing the sauce by dissolving a cube in 250 ml of water. Then sift the sauce and pour it into the pot, add all the other ingredients for the sauce and cook for a few minutes. Sift again and the sauce is ready.
Brown the pineapple slices in a pan with some butter.
In a tray put the cooked rice, the roast alternated with the pineapple and pour the sauce.
