A beautiful and healthy way to make a poke bowl. Follow the video's directions and try it.
Ingredients:
1 pound Ahi tuna (cubed)
2 tbsp. sesame oil
2 tbsp. ponzu sauce (or soy sauce )
¼ cup sliced shallots
3 tbsp. masago (optional)
¼ cup seaweed salad
1 tbsp. black sesame seeds
Served with
Brown Rice topped with Furikake rice seasoning
sliced cucumber
pickled ginger
avocado
