Puff pastry eggplant roses: perfect as an appetizer or a tasty side dish

Ingredients:
1 roll puff pastry
Round eggplants, grilled (2)
Grated cheese
Tomato sauce
Directions:
1 roll puff pastry
Round eggplants, grilled (2)
Grated cheese
Tomato sauce
Directions:
Roll out the puff pastry and cut into strips. Arrange the eggplant along the edge and add tomato and cheese. Overlap the pastry and roll. Cover the roses with other tomato, cheese and oil. Bake at 200°C (400°F) for 30 minutes.
