Poached octopus recipe: a delicious, tasty dish

Ingredients:
500g fresh octopus
Olive oil
Garlic
300g tomatoes
salt
Chilli pepper (optional)
Parsley
 
Preparation:
Clean and cut the octopus. Deep fry a clove of garlic in olive oil and then add the octopus. Stir until golden brown. Add the tomatoes and salt, cover and cook for 35-40 minutes. Add parsley and chilli pepper.
