What's better than lasagna for a family lunch? Here's how to prepare it!
INGREDIENTS
500 gr semolina lasagna
ragù with 1 liter and a half tomato sauce and 500 gr ground meat
200 g mortadella
500 gr mozzarella cut into bits
200 grams grated cheese (grams are optional)
5 hard-boiled eggs
DIRECTIONS
Just boil the lasagna in salted water (al dente for 2-3 minutes), then cook the hard-boiled eggs. Drain the pasta and lay it in layers on a tray and with a little oil. Peel the eggs, then pour a couple of ladles of sauce into the pan and begin to arrange the first layer with pasta, mortadella, mozzarella, egg cut into small pieces, then another layer of sauce. Continue until you finish the ingredients. Finally, pour the meat sauce and add the cheese. Bake at 80 ° in a convection oven for 30-40 minutes, covering the lasagna with aluminum foil (15 minutes before it's done cooking, remove the foil to make it crispy on top).
