When you can't decide between lasagna and bread, here's the answer!
INGREDIENTS
INGREDIENTS
• 1 baguette
• 4 tbsp olive oil
• 1 garlic clove, finely chopped
• 1 tbsp chopped parsley
• 6 pre-cooked lasagna sheets
• 150ml béchamel sauce
• 150g grated mozzarella
For the Bolognese sauce:
• olive oil for frying
• 1 onion, finely chopped
• 350g ground beef
• 1 tsp paprika
• 1 tbsp dried oregano
•Salt and pepper
• 200ml tomato sauce
METHOD
1. First, take a bread knife and cut a rectangle along the top of the baguette. Then open the "cover" and remove all the bread middle from the inside. You will see that the bread looks like an empty box.

2. Put the olive oil in a bowl and add the garlic and parsley. Stir until a very thick paste is formed. Then grease bread inside with this mixture. Place a layer of lasagna sheets, cut to size.
3. For Bolognese sauce, heat some olive oil in a pan and fry the onion. Then add ground beef and season the mixture. Finally, add the tomato sauce and mix all the ingredients very well.
4. Put a layer of Bolognese sauce and add half of the béchamel sauce. Then add the grated mozzarella. Repeat the procedure, starting with a new layer of lasagna sheets. We recommend that the last layer of cheese be more abundant.
5. Wrap the entire piece in aluminum foil and bake at 190°C/375°F for 25 minutes.
