How to can tomatoes at home

Cherry tomatoes
Salt to taste
Olive oil to taste
Basil and garlic (optional)
Directions:
After washing and drying the tomatoes, be sure to sterilize the jars and start preparing.
Cut each tomato as shown in the video and fill the jars. Add a teaspoon of salt and olive oil. Close the jars and wrap them in kitchen cloths to prevent them from breaking. Put them in a pot and fill it with water. When it comes to a boil, allow 40 minutes to seal them shut. Then let it cool in the same pot. Store in a cool and dry place.
