Mango cheesecake: a delicious and easy dessert

Ingredients:
200 gr biscuits
80 gr melted butted
Sour cream:
100 gr Greek yogurt
100 gr fresh cream
10 gr lemon juice
Mango paste:
1 mango (400 gr)
Cream:
600 gr spreadable cheese
4 eggs
180 gr sugar
Lemon peel
30 gr corn starch
Mango paste
Directions:
Blend the biscuits and mix with the melted butter. Put in the mold and bake at 356°F (180°) for 10 minutes.
Cut the mango and blend it. (keep 100 gr of mango paste for final decorations)
Sour cream: mix cheese, fresh cream and lemon juice. Cover with plastic wrap.
Cream: put all the ingredients in a bowl and mix together. Then pour on the biscuits base and bake at 356°F (180°) for 20 minutes. Then lower the temperature at 320°F (160°) for 40 minutes.
Then cover with sour cream and 100 gr of mango paste. Bake at 356°F (180°) for 10 minutes.
