The recipe to prepare Ramen noodles: so yummy

500ml chicken stock
3 cloves of garlic, halved
2 slices of ginger
2-3 tablespoons soy sauce
1/2 teaspoon Chinese Five Spice Powder
1 tablespoon mirin
1 teaspoon sugar
Somen Japanese noodles
2 eggs
Pork or chicken (optional)
Green onions
Directions:
In a pot pour the chicken stock and add ginger and garlic. Then add the soy sauce, the Chinese Five Spice Powder and finally mirin and sugar.
Cook the eggs and the noodles, separately. Cook and cut chicken or pork. Put all in a bowl and enjoy this meal.
