Cotton soft sponge cake: a recipe to try

Ingredients:
A
3 tbsp butter
a pinch of salt
3 tbsp milk
20g, 2 tbsp sugar
52g tbsp cake flour
2 large egg yolks, cold
a pinch of salt

B
2 large egg whites, cold
1/2 tsp lime / lemon juice or 1/4 tsp cream of tartar
4 tbsp sugar
2 large egg whites, cold
1/2 tsp lime / lemon juice or 1/4 tsp cream of tartar
4 tbsp sugar
softened butter - for greasing the cake pan
Directions:
Mix all the ingredients in a list. whisk the eggs white (B) with lemon juice and sugar. Unite the two batter. Bake at 300°F (150°) for 50 minutes.
You can use the mold that you prefer.
