Pasta alla Genovese: a mouthwatering Neapolitan recipe

A delicacy of the Neapolitan tradition; this pasta with white meat sauce, with the addition of onions, is a treat for the palate. A simple recipe that combines meat with pasta: a perfect match. 
 
Ingredients:
Beef 600 g
Onions 1 kg
Celery 60 g
Carrots 60 g
Salami
Prosciutto
Parsley 
Laurel 1 leaf
White wine 100 g
Extra virgin olive oil 
Butter
Salt 
Black pepper 
Parmigiano cheese
 
Add the ingredients and let cook for 90 minutes.
