Cheese baked balls: a recipe to absolutely try

Ingredients:
Dough:
2 cups of hot milk
1 cup of oil
2 tbsps of sugar
1 tsp of salt
1 cup of cornstrach
500 gr flour
1 package of yeast
1 cup of oil

Cheese
1 egg yolk
Directions:
Met the yeast in the milk and add flour. Let's start to work the dough. Add oil, sugar, salt and cornstarch. Put the dough in a bowl and let it rise for 2 hours. Then make some balls and fill them with cheese. Let it rise for 30 minutes. Spread the egg yolk and bake at 400°F for 20 minutes.
