How to prepare the cazuela de mariscos

Ingredients:
2 tbsp oil
1 cup white onion, chopped
3 garlic cloves, finely chopped
½ red bell pepper, chopped
2 tomatoes, chopped
1 tbsp tomato paste
4 cups fish/seafood broth
½ cup white wine
400 ml unsweetened coconut milk
1 lb white fish cut into 1 inch cubes
1 lb medium sized shrimp, peeled, deveined and rinsed
1 lb mussels, cleaned
Chopped cilantro for garnishing

Directions:
In a pot cook onion, garlic, red pepper with oil. Then add tomatoes, tomato paste and broth. Then add white wine, coconut oil. Finally add mussel and other fish. Let it cook and serve.
