Cut the figs and place them on the sides of the cup: an original and tasty idea

Ingredients:
Figs
Ladyfingers
Coffee
Cocoa powder
For mascarpone cream:
500g mascarpone
125g sugar
4 egg yolks
50g water

For mascarpone cream:
500g mascarpone
125g sugar
4 egg yolks

Directions:
For the cream, put the sugar in a saucepan and cook until bubbles form. Whip the egg yolks until stiff and pour in the sugar syrup while continuing to whisk. Let it cool and then gradually add the mascarpone and stir until a thick and lumpy cream is obtained.
Cut the figs into slices and place them on the sides of the glass, pour a little cream, dip the ladyfinger in coffee and and pour more cream until the cup is full. Sprinkle with cocoa powder and your dessert is ready.
