Mini custard and fruit tarts: a treat for your palate

Ingredients:
300g shortcrust pastry
Cream:
500ml milk
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
6 egg yolks
150g sugar
3 tablespoons cornstarch
Half a teaspoon of salt
200g butter
  
Raspberries and blackberries (or even strawberries)
  
Directions:
pour the vanilla into the milk then beat eggs and sugar and add starch and salt. Bring everything on the heat and stir until a thick cream is obtained. Finally add the butter. Bake the tarts at 180°C (350°F) for 20 minutes and then add cream and fruit.
