Ingredients:
Fresh anchovies (the amount depends on the servings)

Bread crumbs

Directions:
Clean the anchovies and chop the onion and parsley. Arrange the anchovies on a plate and fill them. Cover with breadcrumbs and cook in a pan with olive oil.
