Cornflake crusted chicken: crisp and tasty

Ingredients:
Chicken breast
Cornflakes
4 eggs
Olive oil
 
Preparation:
Crumble the cornflakes, then coat the chicken slices first in the eggs and then in the cornflakes. Finally put in a pan with olive oil and bake at 200°C for 10-15 minutes.
