Mimosa cake: the recipe for a great dessert

Ingredients:
Cake:
3 eggs
150g brown sugar (white is also fine)
6 tbsp sunflower oil
140g flour
60g potato starch
10g baking powder
Syrup:
Pineapple
Lemon juice
sugar
1 glass water
 Custard
 
Directions:
Beat eggs and sugar on a pot with hot water, then add the other ingredients sifting powdered ones. Bake at 175°C for 40 minutes. Cut the pineapple and mix with lemon juice and sugar. Dilute the juice with water and use it to moist the cake.
