How to make a train cake

INGREDIENTS
3 egg yolks
1/3 cup granulated sugar
3 egg whites
1/3 cup cake flour
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 cup powdered sugar
1/4 cup melted butter
10 oz melted chocolate
10 chocolate biscuits
Candies
6 pretzel sticks
METHOD
Beat egg yolks until thickened and lightened, add sugar and continue to beat until thick and light yellow.
Beat egg whites until soft peaks form then add sugar. Beat until stiff peaks form.
Fold yolk mixture into whites. Sift dry ingredients into an egg mixture.
Put the dough into a baking dish and bake at 350°F/180°C for 30 min.
Cut a cake into 3 parts and cut the tops, clean a middle and fill it with candies.
Cover the cake with melted chocolate and connect railway carriages with pretzel sticks
