Cut sponge cake into strips and weave: a creative, yummy dessert

Ingredients:Ingredients for sponge cake:
140g 00 flour
5 eggs
100g caster sugar
20g cocoa powder (for the black part)
vanillin
a pinch salt
a teaspoon baking powder
300ml whipping cream
Bananas
Directions:
Whisk eggs and sugar until thick and light. Add the sifted flour and combine. Add in the vanillin, the pinch of salt and then a teaspoon of sifted baking powder. Then put a part of the dough in another bowl and mix with the cocoa powder. Put both doughs on a baking tray and bake in a oven preheated to 180°C for 10 minutes.
Once ready, cut both sponge cakes into strips and weave them. Line a bowl with plastic wrap and place the two-color weave. Start making various layers of cream, bananas and sponge cake. Leave in the refrigerator for two hours and serve your dessert.
