Potato wedgesIngredients:
4 potatoes
olive oil
¼ cup salt
¼ cup pepper
¼ cup garlic
¼ cup oregano
¼ cup paprika
½ cup vegetarian parmesan
Directions:
Slice 4 potatoes and mix with the olive oil, ¼ cup salt, ¼ cup pepper, ¼ cup garlic, ¼ cup oregano, ¼ cup paprika, ½ cup vegetarian parmesan. Place on a baking tray and bake 200°C for 40-50 minutes
Zucchini wedges
Ingredients:
zucchini
2 eggs
breadcrumbs
½ cup red pepper flakes
½ cup salt
½ cup pepper
Directions:
Slice zucchini. Mix italian breadcrumbs with the ½ cup red pepper flakes, ½ cup salt and ½ cup pepper. Dip zucchini in whipped eggs and breadcrumbs. Place on a baking tray and bake 180°C for 15-20 minutes
Pumpkin wedges
Ingredients:
pumpkin
olive oil
¼ cup salt
¼ cup pepper
¼ cup rosemary
Directions
Slice pumpkin and mix with the olive oil, ¼ cup salt, ¼ cup pepper and ¼ cup rosemary. Place on a baking tray and bake 200°C for 30-40 minutes.
Avocado wedges:
Ingredients:
avocado
flour
2 eggs
panko
¼ cup salt
¼ cup cayenne
Directions:
Slice avocado. Mix panko with ¼ cup salt and ¼ cup cayenne.Dip avocado in flour, whipped eggs and panko.Place on a baking tray and bake 200°C for 12-15 minutes.
