Spicy and fried chicken thighs: quick to prepare and very tasty

Ingredients:
2 lb chicken pieces
4-6 cups buttermilk
1 1/2 cup flour

2 tsp salt
2 tsp garlic powder
2 tsp onion powder
1 tsp smoked paprika
1 tsp ground white pepper
1 tsp ground black pepper
canola or corn oil, enough to fry with
Directions:
Clean the chicken legs well and marinate in the milk for 30 minutes. Then spice and pass in the flour. Fry in boiling oil and serve with potatoes or vegetables.
