Chinese Wonton soup recipe: how to prepare it

Ingredients:
To male 30-40 wontons
10 ounces [284 grams] of chicken breast
3 ounces [85 grams] of minced mushrooms
2 ounces [57 grams] of minced dried shrimp
2 ounces [57 grams] of minced water chestnut
1 tbsp of Chinese cooking wine
1 tbsp of soy sauce
1 tsp of minced garlic
1 tbsp of cornstarch
1 large egg white
1 tsp of sesame oil
1/2 tsp of chicken powder
1/2 tsp of salt Wonton skins
For the soup:
1.5 cups [355ml] of chicken stock
Some lettuce
2 tsp of fried garlic
2 tsp of hot chili oil
Cilantro for garnish
Directions:
Chop the shrimp, mushroom, and garlic then fry them with 1 tsp of oil. Then transfer in a bowl with minced chicken, minced water chestnut, 1 tbsp of Chinese cooking wine, 1 tbsp of soy sauce, 1 tbsp of minced garlic, 1 tbsp of cornstarch, 1 large egg white, 1 tsp of sesame oil, and 1/2 tsp of salt. Mix well and fill the wonton pastry and cook. Put them in a bowl and add the soup ingredients.
