Spicy Bacon Guacamole Wonton Cups

Ingredients:12 wonton wrappers
2 avocado, peeled and pitted
1/4 cup diced red onion
1/8 cup cilantro
1/2 jalapeno, seeded and diced
2 slices bacon, cooked and chopped
1 tsp lime juice
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/4 tsp cayenne pepper
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
Spray 12 cups in a mini muffin pan with non-stick cooking spray. Press one wonton cup into a greased mini muffin tin to form a wonton cup. Repeat with remaining wonton wrappers.
Bake for 10 to 15 minutes until golden brown. Remove from oven and let cool.
In a medium bowl, mash together avocados, red onion, cilantro, jalapeno, bacon, and lime juice with a fork until creamy. Stir in salt, pepper, garlic powder, and cayenne.
Fill each cooled wonton cup with 1 to 1 1/2 Tbsp guacamole. Garnish with cilantro and serve.
