Caesar Chicken Lettuce Cups

Ingredients:
 
3 Chicken Breasts
1 tbsp Olive Oil
1 tps Salt
1 tsp Pepper
Juice of half a Lemon
100ml of Caesar Sauce: Plus extra for dressing.
3 Lettuce Hearts
150g Cooked Bacon Rashers
150g Cherry tomatoes
 

Instructions:
Add the olive oil, salt, pepper, lemon juice, and the Caesar dressing to the chicken.
Marinate for 30 minutes.
Cook the chicken on a medium heat for 8 to 10 minutes on each side.
Allow chicken to cool a little then chop in to chunks.
Prepare the lettuce to form cups and then chop the tomatoes into quarters.
Add the chopped chicken, chopped bacon, and chopped tomatoes, to the lettuce cups then dress with a little extra Caesar dressing .
