How to bake crunchy zucchini

In this tutorial, you find the recipe for zucchini chips. Slice the zucchini and let them soak in milk; mix breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, and salt and cover the zucchini with it. They are now ready to bake at 200°C: they will be crunchy and ready to serve in 30 minutes.
