Scalloped potato roll: a rich meal to make everyone happy

Ingredients:
Filling 1:
500 gr chicken minced
Red chilli powder
1/2 tsp Salt
1/2 tsp Cumin
1 tsp Black pepper
1/2 tsp Italian herbs
1 tsp Garlic mince
7 - 8 cloves
1 Chopped onion
1 Chopped tomato
2 tbsp Oil
250g pasta sauce
Crust:
2 cups parmesan cheese
Mozzarella cheese
5 - 6 potatoes
Filling 2:
1 Ricotta cheese
6 cups Spinach
Fresh coriander
Directions:
Cook in a pan all the ingredients of filling 1.
In a large baking tray spread parmesan cheese, cover with potatoes slices and add mozzarella cheese, bake at 356°F (180°) for 40-50 minutes.
Filling 2: mix together ricotta and spinach.
Fill the baked potatoes with the two filling and roll.
Serve with fresh coriander.
