Caramelized chestnuts: a recipe so easy and delicious

Ingredients:
10 bottled whole shelled roasted chestnuts 
1 cup sugar
1 cup water 
 
Directions:
Bake chestnuts on a baking sheet in middle of oven until slightly dried.
Cook sugar in a nonstick skillet, until caramel is deep golden. Add the chestnuts and 1 cup of water, cover them and let it cook for 5 minutes.
