Chicken stuffed roll: a unique flavor to try at least once

An alternative meatloaf with chicken, try it and you will not regret it.
Ingredients:
500 gr ground chicken
spinach
2 potatoes
1/2 onion
Oil
1 egg
1 mozzarella

Directions:
Wash the spinach and sauté in a pan with oil and onion. Meanwhile, boil the potatoes. Then chop the spinach and mozzarella, put in a bowl with salt and egg and stir. In another bowl, mix the chicken with a crushed potato. Add the other to the dough with the spinach. Roll out the chicken, stuffed and rolled in the parchment paper. Bake at 400°F (200°) for 35 minutes.
