Monster eye cookies

Ingredients:
½ box of white cake mix;
¼ cup butter, room temperature;
120 g (4 oz) cream cheese;
1 small egg;
½ tsp vanilla extract;
4 gel food colorings;
powdered sugar;
edible googly eyes.

Preheat oven to 180C (350F).
Mix butter, cream cheese, egg and vanilla together. Add white cake mix and stir to combine.
Divide cookie dough into 4 and dye each batch with different gel food coloring. Chill in fridge for 30 minutes.
Divide cookie dough in 2 or 3 parts and roll each one into a ball. Cover with powdered sugar and place on a parchment covered baking sheet.
Bake for 20-25 minutes. Set aside for couple minutes to cool down a little and decorate with edible eyes of different sizes.
