Tasty, succulent tomato chicken: a quick dish

Ingredients:
6-7 chicken thighs for each diner
1 small onion
Extra virgin olive oil to taste
Salt to taste
800g tomato pulp
 
Directions:
In a pan fry the onion, then add the chicken thighs. After a few minutes add the tomato, salt and cover. Cook for 40-50 minutes and if you prefer, add black olives.
