Mini apple cakes: small bites but big taste

Ingredients:
120 gr butter 
2 tbs olive oil 
1 egg 
3 tbs yogurt 
2 tbs cornstarch 
powdered sugar 
baking powder 
3 cups flour 
5 apples 
5 tbs sugar 
cinnamon 
 
 
Directions:
Peel the apples and grate them in the pot. Add the sugar and cook it. Then add cinnamon and cover and let cool down. Mix sugar and butter in a deep bowl with the help of a mixer. Then add eggs and olive oil and mix. After adding starch, baking powder, add a little flour and knead the dough. Put the dough in the oven mold, add the apple mix. A part of the dough is cut into open strip to apply on them. Bake at 180° for 30 minutes.
