For the dough:
1 and a half cups hot milk
1 cup hot water
1 tablespoon sugar
2 packages dry yeast or 1 packet of yeast
1 teaspoon salt
6 cups flour
For the sauce;
2 eggs
about 1 cup vegetable oil
1 cup yogurt
200 grams cream cheese
1 and a half cups hot milk
1 cup hot water
1 tablespoon sugar
2 packages dry yeast or 1 packet of yeast
1 teaspoon salt
6 cups flour
For the sauce;
2 eggs
about 1 cup vegetable oil
1 cup yogurt
200 grams cream cheese
Directions:
Put the milk, sugar and baking powder in a bowl with lukewarm water. Then add the other ingredients and knead until you get a soft consistency, adding the flour little by little. Let rise for about an hour. Then make your recipe as shown in the video: divide the piece of dough and fill the small pieces with cheese. Then seal and place on the baking sheet, pressing them as shown and letting it rise for 20 minutes. Meanwhile, prepare the sauce to be poured later, as shown in the video, then bake in preheated oven at 190°C (380°F). Leave it for about 30 minutes but check out the contents: when it turns golden brown, that means it's ready.
