Giant filled chocolate cake: a super dessert that you'll love

Ingredients:
Sponge cake:
3 eggs
40 g flour
30 g corn starch
70 g sugar
1,5 tbsp cocoa powder
1 tsp vanilla extract
Cream:
500 g mascarpone
250 ml whipping cream
180 g powder sugar
1 tsp vanilla extract
Ganache:
150 g dark chocolate
150 ml whipping cream
Chocolate base:
90 g dark chocolate
Chocolate for coating:
300 g dark chocolate
4,5 tbsp vegetable oil
Directions:
Cake: mix all the ingredients and pour the batter into a baking tray and bat at 340°F (160°) for 15 minutes.
Make the cream and compose the giant cake. Let it cool and enjoy.
