Spaghetti with walnuts and pork cheek: a recipe with guaranteed success

Ingredients:
200g  spaghetti
20 walnuts
1 slice bacon
1 spring onion
4 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
1 tuft parsley
Grated cheese
fresh ground pepper
 
Directions:
Chop the walnuts and cut the bacon. Also chop parsley and onion. In the walnuts add two tablespoons of oil and mix. In the pan, fry the bacon and at the same time start to boil the water. Then add the onion and the cream of walnuts: gradually pour cooking water too. Transfer the spaghetti to the pan and mix all the ingredients. Add parsley and cheese and mix.
