Baked chocolate cheese tart: an explosion of taste

Ingredients:
Tart:
80g unsalted butter
45g powdered sugar pinch of salt
20g ground almonds
30g egg
130g cake flour
25g bread flour
Filling:
80g sweet chocolate
100ml heavy cream
200g cream cheese
20g sugar
6g corn starch
2 eggs
Directions:
Preparation:
When the tart is ready, roll it out into rectangles and refrigerate for 30 minutes. Then cut and mold the mold. Punch the base and put the chickpeas during cooking, bake at 400°F (190°) for 15/20 minutes.
Melt the chocolate in the cream and then in a bowl mix cheese, sugar and starch. Add chocolate and eggs and mix. Pour over the pastry and bake at 300°F (150°) for 50 minutes, next to the mold put two bowls of boiling water.
