The recipe for a tasty marinated pumpkin: the side dish is always ready

Ingredients:
1kg pumpkin
1/2 liter of water - Optional
Chili pepper
1/2 liter white wine vinegar
Salt to taste
2/3 bay leaves
Olive oil
Fresh mint leaves
Fresh or marinated garlic
Oregano

Directions:
Cut the pumpkin into slices, then bring water, wine vinegar and bay leaves to a boil. Then add the salt and the pumpkin. Cook for 3-4 minutes. Transfer the pumpkin slices on a clean cloth and cover them in order to dry and cool them. Then put them in a bowl and mix with mint, chilli pepper, garlic, oregano and olive oil.
Then put in glass jars and add more olive oil. Leave them open for a couple of hours, then close the jars.
