Sandy cake, delicious and soft as a cloud: try this recipe

Ingredients:
300g potato starch
300g sugar
200g butter, softened
4 eggs at room temperature
2 teaspoons baking powder
3 tablespoons brandy or other liqueur
 
Directions:
Put the softened butter, the sugar and the brandy in a bowl and work with the whips. Add one egg at a time and always beat with whips. Add the starch and baking powder, mix one last time. Take a mold and pour in the mixture. Bake at 180°C (360°F) for 30-35 minutes, then serve.
