How to make hazelnut pistachio ice cream dessert

Ingredients for a 20 cm diameter ring:
Sponge cake to taste
500g homemade pistachio ice cream
500g homemade hazelnut ice cream

for the syrup:
50g sugar
100ml water
for decoration:
200ml double cream
Ground pistachios to taste
50g sugar
100ml water

200ml double cream
Ground pistachios to taste
A yummy no-bake dessert that is easy to make thanks to homemade ice cream, so you don't need an ice cream maker. As shown in the video, first make the homemade pistachio ice cream by mixing the various ingredients, then make the hazelnut one; then it's time to put them in a pan and let the mixture rest in the freezer for 6 to 12 hours.
