Banana tea: an unusual drink with unexpected properties

If you have problems falling asleep or simply don't want to do without a peaceful sleep, you can find a delicious solution with this simple banana tea. You just have to get a biological banana, wash it carefully outside (yes you got it right, you have to wash the peel!), Remove the two ends and put it to boil in water just enough to cover it. After ten minutes of boiling you can pour the liquid into the cup and, if you wish, add a pinch of cinnamon. The magnesium contained in the banana will induce sleep, while potassium will relax your muscles. Don't throw the banana used for the decoction tea: you can eat it with its peel on and it will be delicious.
